Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use ADA Gap, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, zoom or voice control.

Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. We also aim higher where we can: body text has a contrast of at least 7 to 1, text is never smaller than 18 pixels, and every button is at least 48 pixels tall.

What we did

• Every page has a skip link, clear headings, a main area and a language set.
• Everything works with a keyboard, and the keyboard focus is always clearly outlined.
• Pages fit the screen when zoomed in, and nothing depends on color alone.
• Animations stop when your device asks for reduced motion.
• We run ADA Gap on its own pages and fix what it finds.

Last checked: Sept 27, 2026. That check found no gaps on our home page.
